Notifications can be configured so that when your business reaches a defined goal or target, an alert is triggered.
Best practice
Before starting, it’s a good idea to ensure that all the apps that you need to receive notifications for are connected to your tracker. To learn more about connecting an app, click here.
Enabling notifications
You can set up notifications that trigger when your business hits a target (daily, weekly, or monthly). For example, when you set financial goals for the month, you’ll be notified once your data has reached or exceeded the targets. Notifications are received as emails, direct alerts on your tracker, or via push notification to your mobile device.
To enable notifications:
-
Log in to your 9Spokes dashboard.
-
Click the
icon in the top right-hand corner of your Tracker. The Notifications panel displays.
-
Click the
icon.
-
Enable the Notifications master settings toggle. Settings display.
-
Use the tick boxes to select the type of notifications you wish to receive: Alerts and Push notifications.
