Revenue, also known as sales or turnover, and this sum appears in the top line of a statement.  As you move down the line the sum would normally decrease due to the cost of goods (COGS), taxes, and other expenses that you have to pay. 

Revenue refers to all the money a company takes in before deductions

Your Intuit QuickBooks revenue tile gives you options to view your revenue over the period of either day, month, or financial year.  To find the data on your tile, log into QuickBooks and follow the steps below

1. Reports

2. In the business overview section, select profit and loss

3. Set date search accordingly then run the report

The revenue displayed on your tile is shown as total income from the profit and loss report
