Note that the category 61-90+ days on the tile is the sum made up from the total of all receivables starting from 61 days+

In QuickBooks, this is simply the sum made up from 61-90 days plus all other receivables over 91 days

You can see beyond the 3 months default setting by expanding the list by increasing the number of periods on QuickBooks accounts receivable ageing summary report page

Understanding the tile

The current figure on your tile is taken from the current category within QuickBooks.  This figure is the total of all unpaid invoices/bills owed to you or what you owe that are not yet overdue

All other figures beyond the current category are outstanding and overdue

1 - 30 Days displayed on your tile is shown in QBO as 1 - 30

31 - 60 Days displayed on your tile is shown in QBO as 31 - 60

61 - 90+ Days displayed on your tile is shown in QBO as 61 - 90 plus 91 and over

Again as with accounts receivable ageing summary, note that this category is 61 - 90 plus days, so everything from this date and including all other invoices, if any, that are older will be displayed here in this section

Total is the total sum of all outstanding invoices/bills
