Connecting Facebook

These are the steps for connecting Facebook:

 

1.  Log into your dashboard

2.  Click on the "Connect" tab at the header

3.  Select QuickBooks from the list of apps

4.  Click "Connect" at the right top corner of the page next to the "Learn More" button

5.   You'll then land on a page asking if you wish to proceed to QuickBooks.  Click on Next

6.  It will then ask you to log into your Facebook account

7.  It will ask if you wish to continue as yourself

8.  If you have multiple Facebook business pages, they will appear once you've signed in.  You can now select how many business pages you would like for the TrackR dashboard to allow you to choose from.  However, only 1 Facebook business page can be connected to your TrackR dashboard

9.  The next step will ask for your permission for the dashboard to show a list of your business pages you have previously select.  Check yes and click Done

10.  You'll see a confirmation message that you have now connected Facebook to your TrackR dashboard.  Click OK to continue

11.  It will navigate you back to the TrackR dashboard where you can now select from the list of business pages you allowed the dashboard to see from a drop-down menu.  Select your business page then click on Confirm

12.  The next step lets you add available Facebook Tiles to your TrackR dashboard and click Next

13.  You'll get a final confirmation message box that your Facebook page is now linked to your dashboard.  Click on Done and your Facebook connection journey is complete

14.  You will automatically be navigated back to your TrackR dashboard homepage where you will see Facebook Tiles on display
