Cannot connect app



Your Business Tracker is compatible with a number of specific apps that you can view from the Connect Page of your Tracker.  Apps that are not listed on this page do not have a connection journey with the TrackR dashboard which means they are not integrable. 

However, if you are attempting to connect an integrable app but somehow it won't let you, please be sure that you have removed any old connection attempts you might have previously done.  You can do this by simply clicking on the app in question from the "Connect" tab and click on "Remove". 

Once done, open up a new browser window and log into your app, then go back to your TrackR dashboard and proceed with the connection journey anew.
