If your Tile is displaying "Cannot load data" it could mean that you may need to reconnect the app again.
While this doesn't necessarily mean that you don't have the correct data on your app for the Tile to read from, but it would be good practice to make sure that you have configured or set up your app correctly which if not, could also be the cause of such an error.
Sometimes a quick reload may help or you can click on the "Cannot load data" box to refresh the Tile
