This Widget will rank your staff the top and bottom 5 on the revenue they have generated in the last 14 days. This widget will allow you to identify staff members who require additional coaching to help improve their sales performance.

Why do I need it?
This gives an indication of the performance of your sales staff by showing your top 5 and bottom 5 employees sales revenue ($ value) and amount of sales recorded (number) over the last 7 days of trading.

How do I get the right information?
The widget is dependent on POS information being entered accurately, and sales are entered and assigned to the staff member.

Troubleshooting:
Sales information entered incorrectly & not entered on the day of sale (sales & payments don’t match, sales don't match inventory, Invoices pending; causing misalignment between payments and sales).

How to make the most out of your widget?
The top sales staff performers could also be used to determine what experience/qualities are required to be a top performer. It helps a business owner compare the performance of its team members and identify staff members who require additional coaching to help improve their sales performance.
