Payments can fail for any number of reasons. If there's an issue, you'll receive an email from us detailing the nature of the failure.
What to expect
We hope that you're able to resolve payment issues quickly, but if not, find below a quick rundown of what you can expect.
After payment failure
We will send you an email notifying you of the payment failure and instructions on how you can remedy the situation.
After 3 days
If we cannot process a payment after 3 days, your subscription will be put on hold and your access to 9Spokes will be restricted until such time that payment can be made.
Update your payment method
If you've run into a payment issue you can update your payment method by logging into 9Spokes and navigating to Settings > Billing > Edit subscription.
